Die Ernte 2019 begann Anfang September. Es war eine “klassische” Ernte und dieser Loureiro zeigt Frische und perfekte Balance. Die Trauben wurden als ganze Trauben sanft gepresst, danach wurde der Most zum Absetzen belassen und unter niedrigen Temperaturen vergoren.
